Consistency Rules

  • The Classic Challenge has no consistency rules, while the One Phase Challenge requires 40% consistency, and the Daily Reward Challenge has a 45% consistency rule.
    Once funded, traders are free from the consistency restrictions that apply during the challenge phases. The consistency rule only applies during these phases to encourage stable and risk-conscious trading habits.

Trading Restrictions

  • Hedging Limitations
    Cross-account hedging is not allowed — you cannot hold opposite positions across different accounts.
  • EA/Bot Restrictions
    Cannot exploit technical inefficiencies or platform gaps.
    Cannot manipulate latency or execution speed.
    Must own your EA or bot (no renting or sharing).
  • HFT Boundaries
    Cannot exploit technical vulnerabilities or gain unfair latency advantages.

News Trading

  • For news trading on funded accounts, the Swing Add-On is required.
    News trading — opening or closing positions during restricted news events — is allowed during all challenge phases, but once funded, it’s only permitted with the Swing Add-On.
    The same applies to news holding (keeping positions open during news events): allowed during challenges, but requires the Swing Add-On on funded accounts.

Stop Loss

  • Stop losses are not mandatory at FunderPro. However, traders must still comply with the drawdown rules, which act as essential risk protection measures to safeguard funded accounts.

Weekend Holding

  • Weekend holding is not allowed on funded accounts unless the trader has the Swing Add-On.

    Key Rules:
    • All trades must be closed by Friday at 20:00 UTC.
    • Leaving trades open without the Swing Add-On results in challenge failure.
    • The system generally attempts to close open trades automatically, but it remains the trader’s responsibility to manage positions properly.
    With Swing Add-On:
    • Traders can hold positions over the weekend on funded accounts.
    • Available for all challenge types (Classic, One-Phase, and Pro).
    • Provides weekend trading flexibility, but with reduced leverage.
    This policy is designed to protect funded accounts from unexpected weekend market movements that could lead to significant losses.

Drawdown

  • Daily Drawdown: Resets at 5 PM EST each day based on your account balance at that snapshot time. Your equity cannot fall below the percentage limit of that starting balance throughout the trading day.

    Maximum Drawdown: Fixed for the lifetime of your account — it never resets. It’s based on your initial account balance.

    In short, it’s real-time monitoring against fixed reference points, not a trailing high-water mark.

Time Limits

  • Challenge Duration
    You have unlimited time to pass your challenge. There’s no time limit or expiration date — you can take as long as you need to meet the profit targets and trading requirements.

Minimum Trading Days

  • Below are the minimum trading day requirements at FunderPro.

    Classic Challenge:
    • 4 trading days minimum per phase (Phase 1 and Phase 2).
    • Fastest path to funding: 8 trading days total.
    • The No Minimum Trading Days Add-On can remove this requirement entirely.
    Daily Rewards & One-Phase Challenges:
    • No minimum trading days required.
    • However, the consistency rule (40–45%) requires at least 3 trading days per phase to pass.
    Can you get funded in one day?
    • Daily Rewards & One-Phase: No — the consistency rule requires at least 3 trading days.
    • Classic Challenge with No Minimum Trading Days Add-On: Yes — it’s possible since there is no consistency rule.
    The No Minimum Trading Days Add-On is available exclusively for Classic Challenges and gives traders complete freedom to progress at their own pace.

Lot size / Margin Rules

  • Challenge Phase: No lot size limits — trade with full flexibility.

    Funded Accounts: No fixed lot restrictions, but there’s a 30% margin cap per asset class.
    You can use up to 30% of your starting balance as margin for each asset class (FX, Metals, Indices, etc.). Use the Trading Calculator to monitor your margin usage.

    Important: Exceeding the 30% margin cap on funded accounts results in payout deductions on the first occurrence and account closure on the second.

Copy Trading

  • Copy trading is allowed at FunderPro, but only between accounts personally owned by the same trader.

    What’s Allowed:
    • Copy trading between your own challenge accounts.
    • Using signal mirroring from one of your accounts to another.
    • Using copy trading tools, as long as both accounts are registered under your name.
    What’s Not Allowed:
    • Copying trades between different users.
    • Using third-party signal services from external traders.
    • Creating or participating in trading networks where traders copy each other’s trades.
    Important:
    • Violating this policy may result in disqualification or account termination, as it compromises the integrity of the trading challenges.

Expert Advisors (EA)

  • FunderPro allows the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) and trading bots on their Funded Account Challenges.

    Key Requirements:
    • The EA or bot must be fully owned by the trader; renting or sharing is not permitted.
    • The EA may not exploit technical inefficiencies or platform gaps.
    • Manipulation of latency or execution speed is strictly forbidden.
    Compatible Platforms:
    • MT5
    • TradeLocker
    • cTrader
    Important: Traders should always monitor the performance and behavior of their EAs to ensure full compliance with FunderPro’s trading rules. Any violations can result in challenge failure or disqualification.

Inactivity Rule

  • The only time-related rule is the 30-day inactivity rule. If you don’t place any trades for 30 consecutive days, your account will automatically fail. Simply place at least one trade every 30 days to keep your account active.

Martingale

  • Yes, martingale trading strategies are allowed on the Funded Account Challenges.

Profit Split

  • Profit Split and Scale-Up Plan
    The profit split is 80/20 across all challenge types.

    Profit Split Breakdown:
    • One-Phase Challenge: 80/20 split
    • Classic Challenge: 80/20 split
    • Daily Payouts Challenge: 80/20 split
    Upgrade Option:
    • Traders can upgrade to a 90/10 split by purchasing the dedicated add-on during checkout.
    Scale-Up Plan:
    • Once funded, traders are eligible for the scale-up plan. Achieve 10% profit for three consecutive months and the account balance increases by 50%.

Minimum Payout

  • The minimum payout depends on the challenge type.

    Requirements by Challenge:
    • One-Phase & Classic Challenges: $100 minimum profit required for all payouts, including the first one.
    • Daily Rewards Challenge: 1% of the initial account balance minimum (for example, $1,000 on a $100,000 account).
    Processing and Methods:
    • Once the minimum is reached, payouts are processed within 24 hours on business days.
    • Payouts are available via USDC or Riseworks.

Maximum Payout

    • No maximum payout.

    • Payout Policy

    • Profits can only be withdrawn after becoming a funded trader, not during the challenge phase.

      Withdrawal Schedule:
      • One-Phase & Classic: Every 14 days (bi-weekly).
      • Daily Rewards: Daily withdrawals available.
      First Withdrawal:
      • Available once the minimum profit requirement is met: $100 for One-Phase and Classic accounts, or 1% for Daily Rewards.
      Processing Time:
      • Payouts are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.
