Consistency Rules

Instant Standard
A consistency rule of 20% applies, meaning one trading day cannot equal or exceed 20% of total profits.

Guardian X
A consistency rule of 20% applies, meaning one trading day cannot equal or exceed 20% of total profits.

Instant Starter
A consistency rule of 15% applies, meaning one trading day cannot equal or exceed 15% of total profits.

2-Step Pro
A 25% consistency rule applies, meaning one trading day cannot equal or exceed 25% of total profits.

Trading Restrictions

Risk Management: risking 3–4% on a single trade with excessive margin and no stop-loss is against the rules.
All or Nothing: all or nothing practices are prohibited.

News Trading

Allowed with restriction: 5 minutes prior to and after a high-impact news event.

Allowed in all evaluation programs: without any restriction.

Allowed in Guardian X and all instant programs: without restriction.

Stop Loss

Stop Loss: not required. You’re free to trade without setting stop losses on your positions. However, while high risk-to-reward calculated trades are acceptable and encouraged, risking 3–4% on a single trade using the majority of your margin (usually with no stop loss) is against the rules.

Weekend Holding

Weekend Trading: you can hold trades over the weekend without any restrictions on all account types. Cryptocurrency trading is also allowed over the weekends.

Drawdown

Drawdown Adjustment Rule: applies to 1-Step Standard, 2-Step Pro, Guardian X, and Instant accounts.

If your X% trailing Max Drawdown resets to the initial balance after reaching an X% profit, maintain a profit buffer of 1% to keep trading.

Withdrawing all profits will result in account closure.

Guardian Shield (Funded Stage):

Instant Accounts and Guardian X: open trades incurring a 1% loss of initial balance may be auto-closed.

1-Step, 1-Step Pro, 2-Step, 2-Step Pro, 2-Step Classic, and 3-Step accounts: auto-close if open trades incur a 2% loss of initial balance.

This is a soft breach.

1st breach: profit split drops to 50%.

2nd breach: account is breached.

Time Limits

Minimum Holding Time: the minimum holding time is 2 minutes. If a trade is closed in under 2 minutes, it may be flagged for tick scalping, which is against the trading rules.

How it works: a day counts only if you achieve at least 0.5% profit on that day (based on closed balance). Days don’t need to be consecutive — any day with at least 0.5% profit counts toward your requirement. This applies to all phases, including funded accounts.

Inactivity Rule: all accounts will be deactivated after 30 days of inactivity.

Martingale

Martingale: ✅ Allowed

You can use martingale strategies on your account. However, keep in mind our gambling rule: while high risk-to-reward calculated trades are acceptable and encouraged, risking 3–4% on a single trade using the majority of your margin (usually with no stop loss) is against the rules.

Minimum Payout

Minimum Payout: the minimum payout amount depends on your withdrawal method.

$500 – via RiseWorks.io (bank withdrawals)

$100 – via direct crypto

Payouts are processed within 1–2 business days. To request a withdrawal, your account must be in profit above the initial balance, with no open trades or orders.

Maximum Payout

Maximum Withdrawal: there’s no maximum withdrawal limit. You can withdraw any amount of profit as long as your account is in compliance with the rules, in profit above the initial balance, and all positions are closed.

The only restriction applies to crypto payouts, which are capped at $2,000 per payout cycle.

Payout Policy

Payouts: our standard payout frequency is bi-weekly (every 14 days after your first trade on a funded account).

You can purchase a 7-day payout add-on at checkout, which allows you to withdraw profits just one week after your first trade, and then every 7 days based on your last withdrawal date.

Important exception: for Instant Funded accounts, payouts work differently — you can request a payout on demand once you complete the consistency and minimum trading days requirements (not the standard 14-day wait).
